stress, anxiety and panic, depression, grief, anger,
sexual and physical abuse, eating issues, health
problems, adolescent issues, parenting, vocation
and career, life changes, and the search for meaning
in life.
Approach
A gentle yet challenging approach is used to help you
resolve your issues and balance your life. The focus
is on you as a person, not a ‘case’. Techniques
vary according to your needs and preferences, and
