Holistic Counselling and Psychology Sessions

These sessions are provided by Helena both at Awareness Space in North Balwyn.

Issues

Relationships, self-esteem, communication skills, stress, anxiety and panic, depression, grief, anger, sexual and physical abuse, eating issues, health problems, adolescent issues, parenting, vocation and career, life changes, and the search for meaning in life.

Approach

A gentle yet challenging approach is used to help you resolve your issues and balance your life. The focus is on you as a person, not a ‘case’. Techniques vary according to your needs and preferences, and are drawn from a range that includes:
